I thought Id Share some Canned speeches for Some Common Problems. I believe these are very very helpful and should be shared.
You can add things of your own or what Not.

Help, My computer doesn't POST.
Reply:
List All components. (Specifics on Power supply Needed)
List the cooling setup and heatsink.
When did this problem start?
Did you add any new software or hardware as of Late?
Dissconnect all components except CPU, Video card and One Stick of RAM. Clear the CMOS by removing the small coin like battery for Two Minutes. Remove the motherboard from the case and place it on a hard non-conductive surface.
Turn it on and if it POSTs, Shut down, put it back in the case, add one component and repeat the process until it no longer boots. The Component that was added last most likely caused the Non-POST and should be RMAed and or Replaced.
Report Back.

what anti virus and anti spyware programs are you running?
Update Windows, all Drivers and all Scan definitions for protection programs.
Use MSconfig and google to uncheck all unneeded start up entries.
Go through this guide, complete all steps.

Download and run speedfan list tempartures it gives.
Download and run regseeker. Then Disk Clean up, then Disk Defrag. (Or whatever program you use, Diskkeeper or O&O)

Update windows, all drivers and all protection programs.
Download the following Programs.
Speedfan
memtest
HDD Health
For speed fan list the tempartures it gives.
For memtest, Burn to a disk and run for 6 Hours, Write and down and report amount of errors.
Run HDD Health and post a Screen shot of thelisting for the Harddrive with the operating system on it.
If they is anything else that you want to add or find unusual about the problem please tell.

Try lowering the Graphic settings within the game(s).
Download Speedfan 5 and list tempartures it gives.
Download Memtest 86 and burn to disk run for 6 hours, write down and report amount of errors at completion.
List pagefile information.
List all running proccesses.
Using google and msconfig uncheck all unneeded start up entries.
Report Back.
