Default Help!!!

i'm having a serious problem here guys.i've just installed two exhaust fans.after the installation,when i boot up my pc,i've got the page where it shows system32/drive something,,,,please insert windows cd to and press R...i've got to keep force shut and on to have a chance to boot sucessfully.another symptom is when i used my computer.it just go black suddenly and reboot by itself.i was thinking whether it was voltage insufficient or what....

check all your connections for the whole computer, as i think you knocked one loose. Otherwise, the 2 are not romeotely related.

try to unplug the fans and reboot see what happens.
