Heatsink/? problem

Hi there,

im having quite the problem with my computer right now.

heres a list of specs to start.

Intel PD3.2
2G Ultra ram
x1600 GPU
Biostar P4M800-pro MOBO

ok, for the last few days, randomly while im using an app, the screen will go into suspend, but the computer keeps running, for about a min then freaks out and shuts off...

but recently, when i turn it on after one of these shutdowns, the heatsink refuses to spin/Nothing starts up other than the PS and other fans.

it all started about a week ago, When my antivirus said it could not contain something, im not sure if theyre related at all(im no computer tech) but please, lol, someone get back to me ASAP... i need my computer for work.
