| im sure someone here can help me. a few years ago my old computer got pretty messed so i bought a new one. yesterday i was bored i removed the hard drive from the old one and bought an external enclosure for it so i could browse the files from my current computer, because apparently thats possible. so i hook it all up, and plug it in, but my computer doesnt recognize it at all other than, you can safely remove it. someone help me! thanks |

| One dumb Techie | Welcome to Tech-Forums! Go to your Device Manager and check if it detects the HDD. Try checking your BIOS too.
