| I just bought a new dynex 5.1 surround sound card(DX-SC51). I believe i got it installed properly, but when i started my computer, it didnt recognize any new hardware. when i went to install the drivers that it came with, i got two warning messages: the first saying, "Undetermine card! Please do not click cancel on device manager!", and the second saying, "OS not support!", but it clearly says windows xp is supported on the box. then it just says setup terminate! so now i cant get any drivers installed therefor no sound...any ideas on what these messages mean or what i can do? Oh yeah, I also disabled the onboard sound and still the same messages....any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance! |
