I just got a lcd monitor that I wanted to use with my laptop. The monitor has a dvi cable. My docking station has a dvi output. So I placed my laptop on the docking station and it connects fine to the usb devices and power from the docking station but the monitor does't come alive. In display properties it doesn't show the dvi port. It does show the laptop's screen and the second vga output on the laptop.
Recently I did reformat and reinstalled windows and haven't used the docking station since. Any ideas?
