| Newb Techie | Hello, I just came across a computer that is having a cd-rom issue. It will read DVDs, but will not read CDs. I've tried uninstalling all drivers and then re-installing. I tried audio, data, and cd-r cds and none will even mount to the drive. Then I can put any DVD (DVD-R/W, DVD-R, and plain DVDS) in and it will run perfect. Any advice? Thanks, Luke |
