Default DVD/CD Player......

Im sure this issue has been asked in the past and addressed, but im new to the forum.

I have 3 different CD drives

1 DVD/CD
and 2 CD drives

For some reason my none of my disc drives read ANY of my CD's/DVD's, ive switched them out and none of them read any. It started recetly when I tried to install Nero Suite, i dont think that has anything to do with it, but I need help before I throw all this away

everything is connected correctly

Well, this is self-explanitory...CD drives will not read DVDs.

Roll back drivers on your DVD-ROM drive.

I am aware that CD drives do not read DVD's, Unfortunately I tried to roll back the DVD drive and I get "there are no files to back up on this drive"

Thanks Jeremy, read some of the site and I deleted my InCD in Control Panel, rebooted and low and behold it started working.

Thanks again
