My friend is trying to connect to a game we reinstalled several times and works perfectly on other computers here is the error message

I would suggest:

1. check the game official site for FAQ or support section, look for similar problems and solutions.

2. if that game works fine on another computer, then what is the differences between that one and the system you are trying to install now? different OS? memory size?

3. on the system you are trying install now, diable and stop all the unnecessary services and background program

I checked the official site for problems and I couldnt find anything different. And everyone is running the same OS and his computer meets the requirements.

Its Ragnarok correct? if so its the patch that u applied to it, Reinstall RO and the patch.

I have...and even i have ran it from a flash drive and we still got the error

Then the patch has an error in it with that computer... Talk to the owners or devs or who ever created the patch of that error, they should be able to fix it.
