Creative Fatal1ty XtremeGamer Card Problem

I just purchased a Creative Labs X-Fi XtremeGamer Sound Card and I noticed that it doesn't support AC'97, only HD Audio, well I have a front panel HD connector; but the pins are not in the same place as they are on the card??? Can someone help me connect my CM stacker's HD Audio to the sound card?
