You can use two different types of memory in this board....see pgs. 8 & 15. The jumpers must be in/out depending on the type of Ram you are using. I mentioned this in a prior post.
If you use DDR memory..... I interpret it to mean the jumpers must be IN.
Also check the jumpers for the CPU.

Your motherboard is toast, you'll need to buy a new one. This same thing happened to my gigabyte motherboard and i had to buy a new one.
