He's talking about the 4 pin molex connector. It looks simliar to the link you posted but a lot smaller. Hence the 4-pin.

Do you have an old PCI video card lying around? If you do plug it in and see if it posts. Then switch back to your AGP card.

Yea I know what kind of motherboard you have, but did you try the PCI video card?

EDIT: I'm kind of surprised that board doesn't have a molex connector.
