| Newb Techie | i came home to turn on my computer and it wont turn on. Currently on my moms comp just to type this message in an attempt to get help on my pc. So i figured it was the power supply and i go to staples talk to a technician he figured it was the power supply too. So i spend 54 for a power supply. I get the same issue with my older one. Then i continue to try and power it on and i get blue sparks. Im like WTF. So now i dont know wat is up with my pc. Is it the mobo [whichd be weird] The fan trys to spin but it stops immediately. Like it's trying to get power but drops out. |

| Blue sparks ,EH? That seems bad. Look your mobo over very carefully and see if any of the transistors are blown. Also check all your screws attaching your mobo you may be grounding out. The whole sparks thing makes me really think you fried something though. Do not lose all hope jsut carefully inspect your hardware to look for physical damage.
