Default Computer Freezing Problem?

I just installed an opteron 165.

The problem is that after I used the computer for about 10 minutes, the computer freezes and I have to reboot. This is weird so I decided to go back to stock speeds for everything, and the same thing happened. I reseated everything just now and rebooted.

I've been on for about 10 minutes and the comp is fine.

The temperatures for everything is also normal so its not a temp issue.

That is what happened to my new pc. I thought the temps were fine but it kept rebooting in game. Then a guy installed a program and figured out it was getting extremely hot and actually melting some wax on the processor. Maybe this isnt your problem

reset your bios just in case you corrupted it with the overclock, double check that the CPU cooler is fine.
