Unhappy Computer Fails to Boot

Here's the problem:

I left my computer running over night, as usual. I got on it in early morning and it was working fine. Took a break for a few hours and when I jumped back on, almost every program running was getting an error of some sort: eMule, Azureus, IceChat, etc. And it was running sluggish. I figured it had something to do with memory.

So I rebooted and it froze at the Windows loading screen. Tried again and it froze. Tried a third time and the fans started to whir for only a few seconds before shutting off. That's the state it's in now. I thought it might be a bad PSU issue so I unplugged all extra hardware (i.e. every hard drive/cd drive except the main cd and OS drive. Still nothing.

Any suggestions?

I found out the problem was actually the power supply. The PSU (350) was 20-pin and the Mobo was 24-pin. Surprised it lasted a year with three hard drives. I went out and bought a new PSU (550)and it works great. Sorry for wasting your time.
