Computer crashed and lost some files...

The computers at my sister's work crashed and they lost all of their information (appointments, phone numbers emails, hours, and all that stuff...)

Is there any way for them to recover this Information?

I was thinking they could do a system restore.. but im not sure how well that would work

Can anybody help us?

Take the hard drive out and connect it to another PC. From there see if hte data is still on the drive. If not then use Data Recovery software.
