Default Chassis Error!

Hey guys,
Well I installed my new hardware whats in my sig. And when i boot up I see the ASUS screen then all of a sudden. The screen gives an error:

CMOS Setting wrong
Overclocking failed! Please enter set-up to reconfigure your system.
Chassis Intruded!
Fatal Error... System Halted.

Well ive been searching the Net and saw it had to do something with a pin cover thingy...

This is an overview of the pins

. . . 1 Thats there position on the mbaord just above the
Sata entrances...
. .. 2

I currently have the 2 left pins (of 1) covered I think its default do i need to move the cover thing... or what!!
I tried to take the CMOS Battery out and that didn't help

SO guys can you please help me
