i have samsung cd writer installed in my computer.
every time i open my computer the cd-rom suddenly open even i didn't touch the eject button.
it keep opening even when im burning a cd. its really annoying every time i closse it, it keep opening even theres no cd in it.

what can i do to stop this?

it happens on post or only in windows?
reseat ide & power cables
the drive might be fautly , i suggest youll connect it to another pc
to know for sure

if it happens only in windows, it might be caused by a trojan..,i suggest youll do the folowing:

1) scan on these sites

http://www.bitdefender.com/scan8/ie.html

2) download ewido anti-malware & signatures updates
http://download.ewido.net/ewido-setup.exe
http://download.ewido.net/ewido-sign...ll-current.exe
install & restart , press F8 just before windows loads and select "safe mode" , run ewido and do a scan

3) download hijackthis

click "do a system scan and save a logfile" , open a new thread at the hijackthis forum http://tech-forums.net/forumdisplay.php?forumid=126&s= copy & paste
