| I have a Toshiba Satellite with a "TSSTcorp CD/DWDW TS-L632D ATA Device." Windows Vista says the driver is up to date and the drive works fine for DVDs. However, it tells me to put in a disc when I try to open both data and program CDs. I've tried removing the upper and lower filters but to no avail. Could it be a service that needs to run? Any suggestions would be great. |
