ATI temperature monitoring

well, i hav a LM63 chip on my Radeon but i dont know were to look at my temperatures for my GPU, im using Catalyst v.6.14.10.6599

BTW i've downloaded ATI Tray tools and planning to install it the next morning, will this show my temps?
