Default ASUS A8N32-SLI startup problems

I've just installed an ASUS A8N32-SLI Deluxe, an Antec 550w PSU, and an AMD x2 4800 processor. Everything seems to be working, the fan and all, but I am having issues where when it gets to the Windows XP loading screen it seems to load for a few seconds and then the computer restarts. For some reason it works in Safe Mode so I can get in and see all my drivers are fine and all, but it wont make it past the windows loading screen, any ideas?

turtile is on a distinguished road

Default

Is it a HE or a truepower 2?

The HE have problems w/ Asus because of the low amount of power in the 3v and 5v lines.
