After I play COD 2 or CSS my mouse moves at a ...
choppy speed, like instead of being smooth its not. My specs are:
7800 GT
4200 AMD X2
200 gb HDD
Windows XP
1 gig of ram.

It might be changing the settings in your mouse settings. You can change the settings in Control Panel/Mouse

Thing is, when I restart the computer, it goes back to normal....

Have you install the latest 3D drivers and direct X? you also might want to scan for viruses and ad-ware. Does the whole game lag or only the mouse?

well, some servers in CS lag, none in COD 2 seem to be different...
Then when i quit the game, the mouse just moves in a choppy way.

also, sometiems my restart time is on the windows XP logo thing for like 10 seconds, sometiems 3 minutes...

BTW, I am a newb with computer, and didnt alter anything, it is running on direct X9.0c and I have the latest Nvdia thing for 7800 gt.
