i just tested my memory up to 4,300% with no errors

i took both gpus out and placed the bottom card in slot 1. booted up with no problems and its running fear and doom 3 like nothing ever happened

tomorrow i am going to put the other card in slot 1 to see if its a bad card. then if that all checks out i will try the bottom PCI-E to see if that is bad. do i need to change a setting in BIOS to use just one card in the 2nd slot? i think i seen a setting concerning something like that

the primary card went bad apparently. i replicated the same error when i placed it back in the slot 1 by itself

still not sure exactly what happened...

perhaps a case temp of 52 degrees happened to it.
