Just curious why your trying to get 4 gb ram to work. Do you have a 64 bit OS?

Yes, I am running Windows XP 64-bit. I have 4 GB for gaming and I also do a good amount of video editing. Can anyone tell me a program to monitor memory temps, and around what temperature my memory modules should be at, and my NB is really hot, when I touch the heatsink i cant hold my hand there for more than a second.

Ya, thats one of the wonderful things about the nvidia chipset. They run hot as all hello there. You might look into getting an aftermarket cooler for it if its running that hot. I know i burned up my first 680 board, but this one runs pretty cool compared.
