Default X1950pro HELP!!

Everytime i try upgrade my drivers to the latest it restarts my whole system. What could this be?? By the way i the card has never been used its brand new.

My Pc stats:
Ecs rc410l-800m mobo
400w fortron psu
pentium d 2.66
corsair 1 gig ram
