Default Will my PSU Run my Comp?

Hey I was just wondering if this FSP Group 500W PSU will run my computer.
http://www.newegg.com/product/produc...82E16817104934 89.99

also looking for suggestions for a better PSU for around the same price.

This is my first build and I'm also wondering if my DVD/R will have the right cables etc. to run on my MOBO. It says that the mobo comes with a IDE/ATA cable but it doesnt say that it comes with an E-IDE/ATAPI that my DVD/R uses.

Mobo: EVGA 680i SLI
CPU: Intel E6400
Ram: Corsair 2Gig DDR2-800
Video Card: EvGA Geforce 7950GT
Hard Drive: Western Digital 250GB 7200 RPM SATA
DVD/R: LITE-ON 16x DVD Burner E-IDE/ATAPI
Monitor: Hanns-G 19 inch 5ms Widescreen

I think 500W is ok to run your system...don't worry the IDE/ATA cables that came with the mobo, is compatible with the dvd-r drive.
