|  Whats Wrong With My Build??
Ok I been working on my build and now everything is done (or seems done) actually im on the pc right now I just built, but the problem is stuff keeps lagging. I would have thought everything would be much faster then my old crappy computer. I tried re-installing windows a few times, but no change. For example, when I click and hold the top of IE and move mouse the whole browser moves frame by frame as if it is lagging, same thing when I scroll down on a page. It is real annoying. Did I do something wrong during my build? Do I need to set something up so It runs smoother. I was really looking forward to this build and its not looking to good at the moment. Any suggestions?
ps. the cpu is an opty incase that matters. |

Have you installed all the latest drivers? Video card?

video card is 7950gt and no i have not, do you think that could be it?
