Default Water Block Question

For my next Rig i want to get water cooling, and it so happens that i found a website (www.frozencpu.com) were you can buy modded cases with water cooling. my main question is which waterblock should i get i'm completely clueless on this.

http://www.frozencpu.com/cas-190.html

if you scroll down you should see something that says options, and then there are all different types of blocks. the CPU i want is the AMD Athlon 64 X2 4400+ Toledo. can anyone help me?
