Default Upgrade for my comp. MoBo, RAM, Cooling.

Power Supply: 600W Seasonic
Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo E6400 2.13GHz
Motherboard: Asus P5N-SLI (Chipset: nForce 570 Intel) (SLI Compatible) (Conroe)
Memory: 2GB DDR2 Corsair at 667MHz value select
Hard Drive 1: 250GB Western Digital (16MB Cache) (7200 RPM) (SATA)
Optical Drive 1: Sony DVD-ROM/CD-ROM (DVD Reader 16x / CD Reader 40x)
Video Card: nVidia GeForce 8800GTX 768MB (By: eVGA) (PCI-Express)
Sound Card: Creative Audigy SE

This is all stock cooled, and the only reason that I think I'd need to upgrade my cooling is if I was going to OC, and I can't really OC until I get new RAM. But I don't really know what to do, so any help would be nice.

Get new RAM and Cooling. Ram has gone down over the past weeks.

When going with the cooling, get the Monsoon II Lite CLT-M2LI LGA775. This neat little cooler doesn't use water, its actually more like a little air conditioner for yer CPU. It does require the use of a free PCI slot,tho... I've heard it actually does better for OCing that regular CPU use.

Ram prices have been SLASHED in the past 2 months severely. I payed $215 together for my 2GB of G.skill and now my same sticks are $144.99 lmfao.

I feel worked but thats alright it happens. I would get this ram

Newegg.com - G.SKILL 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Retail

as for cooling get one of these

Newegg.com - Tuniq Tower 120 P4 & K8 CPU Cooler - Retail
