this is a good HDTV tuner works w/ MCE. its called Dvico FusionTVHD USB Gold.

OK IC....I looked at the link you gave and that one seems good. I'm not sure it is compatible with windows xp.

its good but the only problem is i also need one where i can connect my PS2 to it as well, is that called S-Video or something?

Don't the ATI AIW cards have TV tuners? If so there is the X1800 AIW and the X1900 AIW, very solid cards and have AIW features.
