Buy a TV Tuner and a 19" Widescreen LCD and you will get both with some bonus features.

Well see the thing is im replacing my TV and i want to be able to connect all my surround sound to my NEW TV/monitor...because it wont hookup to my PC...

wait wat? you can get a Tuner where you can hook up speakers and your dvd player and vcr and game console 2. But for that expensive a monitor/tv 8ms response time isnt that great. lemme see if i can help you out.
