|  tigerdirect.ca? hey. im lookin on purchasing from them and im just wondering hows the customer support / service and such. Because i have heard bad from them in the past but as with anywhere you can always here something bad.

 | well you are on hold for a long long time. I just hung up never got through. BUt didnt have any problems from them. I ordered a grand in part and everything came with no problems. I use newegg now becuae they are a lot more user friendly for searching parts and stuff.

| My friend bought all the parts to build the computer and he had no problems. I'm sure there are the occasional problems, but from what i've heard, they have a good service in general.

| I like VibeComputers better than TigerDirect. They're located in Vancouver, but they have good prices, and good customer service.
