Default tigerdirect.ca?

hey. im lookin on purchasing from them and im just wondering hows the customer support / service and such. Because i have heard bad from them in the past but as with anywhere you can always here something bad.

well you are on hold for a long long time. I just hung up never got through. BUt didnt have any problems from them. I ordered a grand in part and everything came with no problems. I use newegg now becuae they are a lot more user friendly for searching parts and stuff.

My friend bought all the parts to build the computer and he had no problems. I'm sure there are the occasional problems, but from what i've heard, they have a good service in general.

I like VibeComputers better than TigerDirect. They're located in Vancouver, but they have good prices, and good customer service.
