Default are these power supplies the same?

Newegg.com - PC Power & Cooling S75QB 750W EPS12V Power Supply 100 - 240 V UL, ULC, CE, CB, RoHS - Power Supplies

Newegg.com - PC Power & Cooling Silencer 750 Quad (Crossfire Edition) 750W EPS12V Power Supply 100 - 240 V UL, CE, CB, RoHS - Power Supplies

I see the red psu has some 6x2 pci-e connectors iono what that is..

but the -100 instant discount changed from the black one to the red one, and i'm wondering if the red one would work fine for sli also.. i better buy one before the price changes back to 200+

The black one is "Nvidia SLI Certified" where as the red one is "Crossfire Certified"

As far as I know they are the same PSU's and either would work for crossfire and or sli...interesting though

crossfire one has 2x 6 pins, and 2x 8 pins...

regular one has 4x 6 pins...

i'd get the crossfire one because new cards might require 6+8 pin each
