Default Testing your hardware

What do you use to test out your hardware?

I have Core Temp and CPU-Z which gives me all my specs, now I need something that will push my hardware to the limit to see how well it can handle a workload. Thanks guys

Prime95 and Orthos, are some of the stress test software, that stresses your components, for stability.
