Suggestion for config

Hi Forum,

I am in the process of getting myself a high end system to be used mainly for graphic and multimedia and of course a bit of gaming in my free time. Here is what the configuration I have zeroed on. If you feel there are better options, please feel free to recommend.

Intel D 946 GZIS Motherboard
Core 2 Duo E6300 1.86 Ghz
2 GB DDR-2 RAM
160 GB SATA HDD
i-Ball 'Workhorse' / circles / blues 400w Cabinet
Nvidia Gforce with 512MB on board (with TV out support)
Pinnacle TV Tuner PRO Card OR Aver TV Wonder 650 (should i go for internal or external ? my main reason to buy is to record programmes in high quality and later burn them on DVDs)
LG Dual Layer DVD Writer
