for a quad core, 780i, 9600gt x3, 2 7200 HD's, dvd burner and 5 fans

corsair 520hx is all you need-
Newegg.com - CORSAIR CMPSU-520HX ATX12V v2.2 and EPS12V 2.91 520W Power Supply 100 - 240 V UL, CUL, CE, CB, FCC Class B, TUV, CCC, C-tick - Retail

or just stay with your pc power and cooling 610...should do wonders.

I would think your current pc power psu would be plenty, I would try that out before spending $$ on a shiny new 520hx.
