Default Slow Frame Rates after comp is on for long time.

After I play bf2 or leave my comp on for a few hours my frame rates start to go way down to the point where it is unplayable is this normal or is something wrong?

Note that i play with everything on high at 1600x1200 60hz

My vid card also reaches temps of 64 degrees Celcius

That does sound a little weird. Especially with your machine.
Whats the temp like when it starts slowing down ?
