So you think i should keep my Xfx Geforce 7600GT and then when i upgrade to a core 2 duo should i upgrade to a 7900GT or will my 7600GT perform better with the updated processor?

NOT all lg775 supports core 2 dou, check to make sure your mobo supports core 2 dou. sry if you meant to just upgrade the entire rig but i just wanted to make sure you knew your current mobo might not support core 2 dou .

TheEnd187 is an unknown quantity at this point

hmmm. for now you can just get a 7900 and since you don't plan to jump on DX10 anytime soon then you can SLI that if you want, but SLI runs better at higher resolutions so you better have a good monitor for that. and you can either keep your 7600 and upgrade your mobo, processor, mem etc. and then get DX10 or 7900
