| Re: Single Card or SLI? I would personally go with 2x260 c216's. They could handle pretty much everything you throw at them.

| Re: Single Card or SLI? 260s will own a 295 for sure. You could always get a 285 and SLI them later though.

My limit is about $650-$700US | 1 GTX 285 or 1 GTX 275 (SLI later, I assume you have an SLI board since you mentioned 2x GTX 260's?)
or HD 4890 CFX (1 now, 1 more later) |

| Re: Single Card or SLI? yep, getting an Evga X58 SLI sometime next week...WOOT!
Right now I'm leaning towards getting a GTX 285, just checked out the prices and I'm liking them.

| Re: Single Card or SLI? ok, looks like it's the 285 then. But then there's still ANOTHER choice, 1gb or 2gb model? Is the extra gig worth it? It's going to cost me about $70US more

| Re: Single Card or SLI? Personally, I wouldn't bother with the 2gb, not worth the extra cash.

| Re: Single Card or SLI? this small 512mb 4770 runs my 1920x1200 just fine for now, 2gb isnt worth the extra cash imo.
