Seagate Sata 2 HD....Where is the Jumper I need to take off?
Hey guys, I hear that the Seagate 7200.11 500GB 32MB Cache HD's that claim to be 3.0GB/s are actually 1.5GB/s unless you take out the little jumper. I read reviews saying it was a PITA to take it out because it was extremely small. Does anyone know where it is located since I have no idea. I tried to search but couldn't find anything. Any help would be great. Thank you.
John

Oh Ok. Thanks a lot guys. I don't understand the picture you posted b1gapl. Is that before or after taking it off? If it's before, do you take out the little silver thing over the 2 gold pins?
