There will come a day, such a day when all will be told more than they wish to know, what one hears may explain the past, it may explain the future, but it has never made a difference either way and it will change nothing. Some day.... But that is not this day, and I don't know when, I just don't know.

Here's one:
Newegg.com - ASUS P5K-VM LGA 775 Intel G33 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard - Retail
...Good, if you not overclocking much, if at all. Has onboard video too.

I might add to the list. It's just that most people who purchase a Q6600, go for a performance ATX motherboard.

It just I want to build computer using one of those cases.

Newegg.com - APEVIA X-QPACK2-BK/500 Black Aluminum Body/ Front Mask MicroATX Desktop Computer Case 500W Power Supply - Retail
Newegg.com - Thermaltake LANBOX Lite VF6000BWS Black SECC Japanese steel Gaming Cube Computer Case - Retail
Newegg.com - Thermaltake VF1000BWS Black Aluminum Front Panel/ SECC Chassis MicroATX Desktop Computer Case - Retail
----
Since they all MicroATX, I guess I will have to go with MicroATX.

I also kind of worry about heat. Do you think I should put Water Cooling? if yes, which kit? or which parts?
Newegg.com - Thermaltake VF1000BWS Black Aluminum Front Panel/ SECC Chassis MicroATX Desktop Computer Case - Retail

=========
Or maybe there some small case which can support normal ATX? (I can put watercooling there too)

If you're not overclocking, you won't have to worry about heat. The stock cooling will do fine...and as long as you have a nice airflow going through that case.
