| Re: Recommended PC Components add 750a and 780a mobos to amd.
ps...
it is not advisable to use a 9850 phenom with a cheap mobo unless you like buying new ones. needs to be 8 phase power.
and a 9850 will smoke a lesser mobo in less than a minute.
low end amd cpus

| Re: Recommended PC Components OK dumb noob question.
Is the recommended components on the first page of this thread the latest and greatest, or were they the original and have been updated in a later post? My meaning is, when the author updates his reccomendations, do they appear on page one or on a different page?
Thanks |

| Re: Recommended PC Components Someone needs to add the next gen video cards to the list. I cant see why the 4850 isn't a recommended component. |

| Re: Recommended PC Components thing with the 4850 is where do we put it. an argument could be made for it going in the budget or high performance bits.

| Re: Recommended PC Components Well a card that cost $200 but can max out crysis given the rig is something special. Why don't we just put it on midrange and high end? Budget minded users wouldn't spend more than $100 on a video card anyways. |
