| PSU / video card question Newegg.com - EVGA 512-P2-N757-TR GeForce 8600GT 512MB 128-bit GDDR3 PCI Express x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card - Retail
I'm pretty amateur at computer knowledge, and I bought a new computer that has integrated graphics and i want a decent card to play games like oblivion.. COD... etc.
I know my computer has an open pci E slot so that will work .. but I'm not sure of the power supply
here is the back.. I think it's the power supply
I don't know if those last pictures are relevent.. but i Just thought anything might help
so i guess my question is, what do i have to do to get this card working in my computer ?
thanks for the time

| Re: PSU / video card question Link is broken. Card probably needs a power cable. 19A on 12v rail is pretty low.

| Re: PSU / video card question You need to plug a power cable to the video card. There are adapters included.

| Re: PSU / video card question so I don't need to buy a seperate power supply unit?

| Re: PSU / video card question Well, the PSU is not that great and you might need a better PSU.
