seems decent enough i guess
Since you dont seem to have a budget it's fine but if you did there are ways to cut the price for about the same performance
Also that mobo has limited OC options and hinders the C2D's amazing potential.

stick with eVGA due to their lifetime warranty, very nice for a backup card, in 10 years my current card may go out but it will be a backup tha i can always get a new one =)
