Default Opinions on this G.Skill ram?

What do you techs feel about this RAM: Newegg.com - G.SKILL 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Retail

it's DDR2 800 PC2 6400
timings: 4-4-3-5

It's 105 dollars and since the other G.Skill went up in price would this RAM be a good alternative?

That looks like some good ram. I have G.Skill, but with worse timings and it has been working very well for me.

If you can spare the extra cash these are worth it: Newegg.com - G.SKILL 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Retail

I have 4GB and they come highly recommended by me and alot of others in these forums. They are extremely good at overclocking, especially considering the price.

those are indeed very good ram.
if you give them a little extra voltage, you may be able to retain those super good timings with a 1T command rate. which would make them very fast.

Wow, you have the same specs as I WILL have in about a month; except I'll have 2gb ram and 8800gts . Is there a big performance from the hk's to hz's?

Hk's are exceptional modules. You honestly wont see a difference in the NQ Red from the Black HZ's in real world performance. You only get good ram that can hit high speeds for overclocking. Just get the HK's and be done with it.
