Default OC'ing Build for $500?

As you guys may know... I'm going to try and sell my rig for ~999 on ebay...

If it does sell for somewhere around there, I'll be buying a totally new system with the idea of having it phase cooled...

I'll be buying a pretty cheap phase cooling setup since I can't afford anything crazy... thus it'll rack me probably around ~500 which is already half of my original PC price...

So... I'll need some great overclocking stuff for ~500!

That includes everything! I'll have nothing left once my PC sells... no hard drive... no optical drive... no motherboard... no case etc.

I don't plan to use SLI... I don't want only DDR3... I want standard ATX... I need a DVD capable optical drive... I only need ~250 maybe ~320 GB of space... I'll be running Windows XP Media Center Edition 2004

e2180
DFI Lanparty DK p35 (huge selling point there )
hd3850/8800gs
Corsair 450vx (its enough)
Crucial Ballistix 2gb ddr2 667 kit (with its low timings it should be an easy OC)
choose HD, optical drive, case

9600gt outperforms 8800gs, and the 9600gt = hd3870

also the Hiper Type-R 580w is fine too

nvidia > ati

lol xD

I'll get the 9600 gt then

the e2180 is great also, as is the mobo

so pretty much everything is set, it seems a bit over 500 (more like 600 or 700 lol)

I might dump my phase idea and get a quad...
