Default Nvidia G92 is it the 9 series?

According to this article, the G92 is the 9 series video card, not 8700GTS

But that article is a little more recent, so new information could have been uncovered.

This is why I am gong to wait and see what happens.

The G92 will be the 8700GTS. I would assume that the G90 will be the 9 series. Specifically the high end, like the 9800GTX.

Like in the 8 series. The high end cards are based on the G80 core, and the lower ends are G84 and 86.

We'll find out in November.

If the 9800 does come out in November, I think I might get one, to go with a Phenom X4
