ok ive sorted out the HSF from my previous thread and ive connected it all but now im not POSTing the monitor is not showing anything up anny suggestions?

first off,

Did you take static measures when you were checking stuff inside your case? I've fried afue mobo's by not taking static measures (lucky they were cheap mobo's.. thats actually probably why)

yes i always use an anti static strap
the bios just isnt loading because when you hold the power off button for 8 seconds it doesnt turn off like it should

is there a P4 pin on the motherboard? disconnect all unnecessary hardware, that includes drives just to see if it will post. perhaps even disconnect the video to see if you get a beep code and then try the same with memory
