At least the gigabyte one is factory oced and comes with a crappy game :P

Gigabyte doesnt have a black pcb does it? Or the double lifetime warranty. As well as cover ocing, and aftermarket cooling under warranty.

As long as you have airflow over them there shouldn't be a problem.

Ramsinks are not needed unless voltmodding. I just like them for looks and piece of mind, and they are dirt cheap.

But with DDR5 I see ramsinks becoming a think of the past.
