Default New Penryn Benchmarks Released

PC World has released benchmarks of Intel's upcoming 45nm "Penryn" processor. You can see in the link that even the dual-core model performed better then the quad-core QX6800 in one of the benchmarks and in one of the bideo game fps tests. The quad-core Penryn beat out the quad-core Core 2 Duo in every benchmark.

The Penryn will be the K10 killer at this rate...and fast.

Going by those benchmarks I would say that if not the killer a direct competitor with the K10 except it being built on 45nm it will probably overclock like crazy...

These look like there going to be crazy overclockers to. There still this stage in development and they already got them at 3.33ghz. On what seemed to a very small hsf.
